Chargging Hippo Brewing Co.
Zombie Jesus: Its back! The first charging hippo beer that we ever had on is back! Imperial Porter brewed with Cadbury Crème Eggs and bourbon soaked oak chips. Light bodied but full of flavor this one is one of their best! Cheers! (8.5%)
Full Sail Brewing Co.
2015 Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout: Inky black with aroma of dried cherry, shaved chocolate, and whiskey. It has a full malty palate with flavors of dark chocolate, vanilla, cherry, dried figs and a subtle hint of molasses. It finishes deliciously warm on the palate. Brewed in December of 2013, the beer was carefully aged for a year in Kentucky Bourbon casks from Jim Beam and Four Roses. This extended aging allows the Stout to pick up the flavors of the wood, bourbon and oak. The aging accentuates the robust character of the Imperial Stout and brings out the depth of flavor from the bourbon creating an overall elegantly sophisticated beer.(10.5%)
Boneyard Beer Co.
**RPM IPA: Boneyard's flagship beer is pale in color with pineapple and citrus notes. Boiled and dry hopped with 4 Northwest hop varieties . Kegged on 4.20.15, so you know it’s fresh. (6.6%)
Mystery IPA: We could not help but to present you with a wonderful IPA, in a new light. Tasting a beer “blind” is a wonderful way to experience a beer without any preconceived notions what - so - ever. So here it is, the Mystery IPA. None of the staff know what the keg is, so you may save your breath. Think about it...you might have had it before, maybe not. It’s just as good as you remember. (?%)
Oh Face! Saison: The malt bill of this 1800’s inspired Belgian ale consists of barley, oats, wheat, rye and spelt. Lavender and pumpkin help meld this brew into what it is today! You want to see this Oh Face! (6.5%)
Magical Brettanomyces Tour #1: Curios about Brettanomyces? This beer is fermented from start to finish with 100% Brettanomyces drie and aged in French oak Chardonnay barrels. Brett drie is by far the most aromatic with notes of light peach, straw, subtle “pleasant” manure, and graphite. ...It’s coming to take you away. (5.6%)
Ninkasi Brewing Co.
**Imperial Sleigh’r: Turning up the warmth their winter seasonal, this Imperial Dark Doüble Alt Ale is brewed with the same recipe Ninkasi uses for Sleigh’r but with an elevated alcohol percentage. Deemed the “Bad Santa” by their brewing crew, Imperial Sleigh’r has a deep toasted malt flavor that finishes dry from the use of an Alt yeast strain. Rare and delicious! (9.2%)
Dogfish Head Brewery
2014 Olde School Barleywine: Bold, yet smooth! Fermented with dates and figs, this bone-crusher has a completely unique flavor. At 15% abv, this beer is a great candidate for ageing, so we did...for a little while. Over time, the beer dries out and the pit fruit flavors come forward and the hops recede. Everything you love about beer, all rolled into one. (15%)
2013 Noble Rot: A sort of Saison, fermented with Botrytis-infected Viognier and Pinot Gris grapes. This beer is brewed with Pils malt, organic Hard Red Winter Wheat malt, Warrior hops, Willamette hops, Liberty hops, Saison yeast and Botrytis wine must from Washington State’s own Alexandria Nicole Winery. Funky, tart and brilliant; we age because we care. (9%)
Stone Brewing Co.
2015 Imperial Russian Stout: Stone Imperial Russian Stout is so thick, rich and, well, sinful, you might worry that you'll be doomed to the fiery pits just for thinking about a sip. Rest assured, however, that even though this seemingly pernicious brew is indeed as black as sin, we guarantee that no actual sin was committed in making it...you'll have to add that on your own. This massive and intensely aromatic beer abounds with notes of chocolate, coffee and black currants. (10.6%)
Mischief: Mischief is a hoppy Belgian-style golden strong ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you’ll want to keep an eye out. (8.5%)
Bayerische Staatsbrauerei Weihenstephan
Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier: A golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses with its refreshing banana flavour. Oldest brewery in the world with the #1 rated hefe on the planer! (5.4%)
